I love long baths. I love sex toys. So when Good Vibrations offered the waterproof Twisted Hearts: Lust vibrator for review, I grabbed it. (GoodVibes’ site calls this diamond-shaped vibrator “Lustre“, but I prefer to go by the name on the box.) I expected a fun little waterproof vibrator, but I got so much more.
The Lust vibrator is made of plastic and body-safe phthalate-free TPR. TPR plays well with silicone-based lubricant, which is a must for insertable bath toys. It can be cleaned with soap and water, but cannot be disinfected, so use a condom when sharing. The vibrator has a smooth surface, firm “body”, and a little bit of squish, making for comfortable insertion and happy thrusting. I noticed a couple small flaws on my toy, which may have been caused by it starting to melt in the furnace-like heat of a UPS truck in Florida in the summer, but I can’t feel them at all. It’s sturdy; my cat chewed on it but left no tooth marks.
This vibe puts out a good amount of power for the two AAA batteries it takes. The vibes gradually increase from low to high when you turn the handle/dial. I like the lowest setting best, of course, though I do crank it up to medium sometimes. I love the gentlest setting internally; it stimulates my vagina without shaking my pelvic bone and making me feel I have a timpani inside me.
The shape of this vibrator is brilliant. It can be laid against the entire vulva for diffuse vibrations. When you want more pressure, you can turn it sideways and lay it between your lips. For pinpoint clitoral stimulation, use the tip. The contoured tip also slides in without a fuss — and if you feel the need for more, keep sliding. While the Lust’s not a filling toy, it widens from 1/2 inch diameter at the tip to about 2 inches in diameter at its greatest width, providing for plenty of stretch. Its insertable length is four inches, but I find the first two to three inches fully satisfying.
The Lust is quiet, particularly underwater. I can’t even hear it when I’m using it in the bath on low to medium settings. It’s also quiet enough to use for a long time in the middle of the night in bed next to a partner who’s asleep. I didn’t have to try to find the lube and risk waking K up, either, since the vibe is so smooth and the tip makes insertion so comfortable.
Finally, the heart-shaped handle on this vibrator is the adjustment dial. This means it’s easy to change the speed with the hand in which you’re holding the vibe, even if that hand is wet from the bathtub and slippery from silicone lube. Sex toys should all be this easy to use.
As you can tell, I’m quite fond of this little vibe. Not only is Twisted Hearts: Lust a great toy for water or land, but it would also make an excellent first vibrator, with its body-safe material, range of vibration, multi-purpose shape, and $18 price tag. Since it’s small and easy to care for, it’s also a good choice for travel. There is nothing about this vibrator I don’t like. It earns the name “Lust”.
Thank you, Good Vibrations, for sending me this vibrator to review. Check out all the waterproof vibrators and other sex toys at this awesome store.

I just can’t get over how the white handle looks like a set of fake testicles like people put on their trucks.
Now I can’t unsee that.
Still, it works!
I’ve been wondering about this cute little vibe.. glad to see that you enjoy it! ~The bottom looks like a dog bone to me.
A dog bone is a good analogy. It’s about the size of a small one too.
Very cute toy, great review, I love the pic of your cat gnawing on it.
Thanks! It wasn’t intentional, she just glomped it.
